Family Picnic 06/02/2013

Yesterday we went to Hawkeye Park in Ankeny to celebrate Tammy's Birthday. It was fun for the whole family to be able to get together. It was however, FREEZING! Of course, just as we were about to leave the sun came out. Piper threw up JUST as we were pulling in to Ankeny, so we had to go to Shelly's to borrow a set of clothes. I think she gets car sick. This is the second time she's thrown up in the car. The first time she was watching the portable DVD player and I know that makes me sick. This time though she had just woken up. Both times she was in the pick up. So maybe thats the issue. Whatever it is, I know cleaning puke out of a car seat is NOT fun! She was fine though and had fun the rest of the day.
